The fig tree loves environments with warm and dry climates, it is an extremely rustic and drought-resistant plant that is easily grown in any type of soil. It bears fruit twice: in the summer the fig flowers and in the autumn the figs, always abundant, does not require any treatment, its elastic branches are rather fragile, you can carry out winter pruning to contain the foliage.
PLANTING TIPS:
The potted plant can be planted all year round avoiding periods of frost or excessive drought, it is necessary to work the soil well and clean it from weeds after having prepared the hole free the plant from the pot avoiding breaking the clod and planting it keeping the point grafting on the surface, close the hole using soil mixed with fine earth, support the plant with a brace and wet abundantly.
